Signal includes bot defense and multi-accounting checks, core analytics, real-time telemetry, standard ephemeral processing and direct Telegram integration support. Anomaly adds a contractual ZDR endpoint and legal schedule, tailored integration for auth, rakeback and promotions, priority SLA and a dedicated Telegram war room. Incursion adds ring and sybil mitigation support, cross-session device linking and policy validation, and 24/7 emergency escalation and live mitigation support.
Response commitments, mitigation scope and contractual ZDR are activated through the service order. Device identifiers retain their documented assurance limits; policy tuning does not suppress correct findings or promise zero detection errors. Scale covers private cloud or on-premise delivery, including Docker or Kubernetes/Helm, air-gapped ZDR, custom emergency response windows and reverse-proxy ingress by agreement and deployment acceptance.
Developer Sandbox
The Developer Sandbox is for building and evaluating an integration. It includes 1,000 probes and 1,000 initiated challenges per UTC month, requires no card, and stops at its limits. It never incurs paid overage.When usage counts
A probe counts when a measurement session opens, including a session the browser does not finish. With clearance, your gate can reuse a valid record across page views; only a new check opens another probe. A QR challenge counts once when Heretic accepts a valid, fresh scan. In the same-device phone flow, it counts when the visitor presses Begin and Heretic accepts the start. Creating or displaying a QR, polling it, or letting an untouched challenge expire is not billable challenge usage. Once initiated, the attempt counts even if it fails, is refused or is abandoned. Repeated scans, reloads and retries within the same challenge do not add another unit. A newly created challenge counts only when initiated. Rate limits still apply; deliberately initiated valid attempts can consume usage.Overage and billing
Standard overage is $0.002 per probe** and **$0.04 per initiated challenge. Paid plans continue beyond their allowances. Scale follows the signed order. An allowance is not a spending cap. Allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month and do not roll over. Subscription invoices follow the billing cycle, which may differ. Card changes are prorated; crypto changes apply at renewal. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices and allowances until a migration is agreed. Earlier usage is not repriced. An incomplete or unpaid subscription does not grant paid allowances. A past-due card subscription keeps its plan while Stripe retries payment; cancellation returns it to Developer Sandbox. Crypto access requires a paid service period.GET /v1/usage and Plan & usage in the dashboard report monthly counts and incurred overage. The portal manages invoices, payment details and cancellation.
