## Pricing and challenge usage, 21 September 2026

New monthly subscriptions use Signal ($1,500), Anomaly ($4,500) and Incursion (\$13,500). Scale is a custom annual agreement. The Developer Sandbox remains available for onboarding. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed prices until a migration is agreed.

Challenge creation no longer consumes challenge usage. A challenge counts once on the first accepted fresh QR scan, or the first accepted **Begin** action in the same-device phone flow. Retries within that challenge do not add another unit. Initiated attempts count even when they fail or are abandoned. Standard overage is $0.002 per probe and $0.04 per initiated challenge.

No integration change is required. The hosted challenge page handles initiation. See [pricing and billing](/reference/pricing) for capacities, service activation and the complete usage definition. This release does not change findings or detector versions.
